Being an independently owned company allows us to have the will to buy quality equipment as we choose and are not contracted to sell any supplies we do not wish to sell for specific reasons.

Jade is the leading technician on the road and in store general manager. He has a huge reputation for not taking short cuts and providing a 5 star customer service at all times. He has been with us since the first year of opening the business. He provides honest opinions, hes a loyal and a hard worker.
He is in charge of our team on the road and if there is any issues he will get it sorted out for you. Jade will apply himself to the best of his ability to assure you have a great experience with Pool Palace.
